As a consumer you generally have a two year complaint right under Danish sales law if the item has a defect. Kvito stores the receipt and shows deadlines so you can complain in time.

No. Complaint rights follow the law. A warranty is an extra promise from the store or manufacturer. Both can apply at once. Read the guide on warranty and complaint rights for the difference.

For many online purchases you have 14 days to withdraw. That is not the same as a store exchange policy in a physical shop. Kvito helps you remember the deadline from the receipt.

We process data to deliver the app’s features and follow GDPR. Kvito is also CASA AL1 approved, an independent security assessment Google uses for app verification. Read more under Security and in the privacy policy. Gmail is only used for the features you ask for.
