Many people ask: “Can Kvito read all my emails?” Short answer: access is used to find purchase proof, not to browse your private inbox for fun.
Why does Kvito need access?
So you can pull order confirmations and digital receipts into the archive without forwarding every email by hand.
What Kvito may do

What Kvito may not do
- Use your Gmail data for ads
- Sell your inbox onwards

How to remove access
You can disconnect Gmail in the app under account settings. You can also revoke access in your Google account.

Why we built Kvito
Kvito started in electronics customer service, where cases dragged out, responsibility was refused, and customers lost track without a receipt. The app is built so you remember the purchase, see what still applies, and can act in time.

What is price match?
When an item drops in price after purchase, you can often ask the store for the difference. Kvito helps you notice it and gather documentation. The outcome depends on the store policy.
Can Kvito read all my emails?
No. Gmail is used to find purchase proof. You can disconnect access anytime, and the app also works without Gmail.
Is Amanda legal advice?
No. Amanda helps with wording and next steps, but does not replace legal advice.
Is my data safe?
Kvito is CASA AL1 approved and follows GDPR. Read more on the security page and in the privacy policy.
Can I delete my data?
